Laoise is an Irish yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner based in The Hague, with an academic background in sustainability governance and permaculture. After experiencing burnout while juggling study, work, and life, she completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. This journey led her to yoga, breathwork, and sound healing as tools not only for physical practice but also for self-regulation, inner transformation, and understanding personal patterns. In her work, she brings a systems-oriented perspective, integrating sustainability principles into embodied practice.

Her approach emphasizes that yoga begins outside the mat, rooted in compassion, self-awareness, and presence. Through yoga, breathwork, sound healing, retreats, and workshops, Laoise offers practical tools that support individuals, communities, and professional environments. By learning to self-regulate, people can be more fully present, work more efficiently, and create positive ripple effects through small acts of presence, responsibility, and kindness. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience greater clarity, strength, and joy.

Workshops

1. Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Healing

A two-hour, deepening session that supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and reconnection. Through gentle movement, breathwork, singing bowls, and hands-on guidance, participants are guided into a state of non-doing, where the body's natural intelligence can restore balance. Open and accessible to all levels, individuals, teams, families, and groups.

2. Breathwork for Nervous System Reset

A practical session focused on using breath to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. Participants will learn simple, effective breathing techniques to release tension and restore balance between fight/flight and rest/recovery responses. You'll leave feeling grounded and clear, with practical tools for daily life. Suitable for all environments and experience levels.

3. Breathwork & Cold Dipping

An energetic practice that combines preparatory breathing with guided immersion in cold water. Breathing is used to build inner stability before entering the sea, creating a powerful experience of presence, resilience, and embodied awareness.

4. Burnout: Recovery & Prevention

A 2–4-hour workshop that explores burnout as a personal and systemic symptom, rather than an individual failure. Using somatic exercises, breathwork, reflection, and group connection, participants will gain insight into the patterns and structures that lead to burnout—and how to develop more sustainable, human ways of working and living. Suitable for individuals, teams, and organizations.

5. Sound Meditation (Yoga Nidra & Singing Bowls)

A deeply soothing and nourishing session combining yoga nidra with Tibetan singing bowls. Participants are guided into a meditative, dreamlike state that helps regulate the nervous system, supports emotional balance, and promotes deep healing processes. Ideal for anyone seeking stillness, peace, and renewal.

6. Introduction to Permaculture Design

An interactive, systems-oriented introduction to permaculture and regenerative thinking. Through movement, play, reflection, and practical exploration, participants learn how natural patterns can contribute to well-being, communication, collaboration, and sustainability in everyday life.

At the end, participants will be able to:

  • Understanding systems as interconnected, living networks
  • Recognizing patterns that support or limit well-being and productivity
  • Applying nature-based principles to work, relationships, and community life
  • Adaptable for educational, organizational, family, or community contexts.

7. Day Retreats (Half or Full Day)

Deepening retreats focused on resetting and reconnecting through movement, breath, sound, and community, co-facilitated with Rebecca (Ebb & Flow Studio).

Two formats are available: Ground & Restore, a slower, nourishing experience focused on rest and reflection; and Energize & Release, a dynamic combination of breathwork, sound, and expressive movement. Both options can be tailored to teams, groups, or private bookings.

  1. Standard yoga class: €115 per hour
  2. Solo workshops: €150 per hour (per facilitator) as a basis for a maximum of 20 participants → then €10 extra per participant
  3.  Day retreats:
    Half day: €800–€1.800
    Full day: €1.600–€3.000 (1–2 facilitators)
  4. Workshops / groups: €300
    Optional extras: Travel expenses, location rental (coordination costs €200 + location costs), food €30 per person
