By boat or with GPS
A nice alternative for team building winter is to take a boat trip. Along the way you can play fun games aimed at team building. By attaching prizes to it and having teams compete against each other, you increase the team building level even more. A boat trip is outside but also inside, smart! If you want to go on foot, a GPS tour is an excellent choice. You complete the assignments in groups (collaboration) and see who reaches the finish line first (competition).
