Stand up Paddle boarding the newest craze that came over from Hawaii, the surfers there kept the overview at sea by standing on their board after which a new sport was discovered!

Introduction SUP Scheveningen

For the first introduction to paddle boarding, you will receive a two-hour lesson. It focuses on the basic principles of SUPing, the safety rules and movement techniques.
Get on the board and go paddling, sporting with a lot of fun.
SUP Scheveningen is for everyone from young to old, big to small, for a fun family outing or a active company outing. You'll have mastered it in just fifteen minutes and can enjoy a lovely trip out to sea.
During a two-hour session you will be taught Stand Up Paddling by an instructor. Enjoy the fascinating North Sea, watch the kite surfers up close or tour the sea undisturbed. For all 'suppers' we organize van Flitz events trips along the coast of the South Holland!
