BY AMI is an experience concept with international allure located in the Hofkwartier of The Hague on the Prinsestraat. This modern eatery welcomes guests with unique modern décor and international cuisine that pays close attention to sustainable products. After the success in Rotterdam, it was decided to open a second branch in The Hague, where the theme “Wonderfull forest” was introduced. This theme not only embodies the focus on quality products that result in beautiful and Instagram-worthy dishes, but also draws guests into an enchanting story through the decoration.
At BY AMI, sharing culinary experiences is central thanks to the “shared dining” concept. Guests can enjoy an evening out with a selection of dishes from the menu, beautifully presented at the table, so they can taste and share everything with each other.
