We did the Arctic Circle Expedition on November 12th...and we had beautiful weather. Nice sunshine, sat on the terrace. Communication beforehand went very smoothly, adjustments were processed quickly, were also flexible. The reception was very warm and cozy. The guidance was super enthusiastic. Then made winter cocktails, guidance a little less enthusiastic. Then ate and the food was very good. In short, it was a successful day with nice guidance and a good reception. Positive about Flitz-events is their thinking along and flexibility and furthermore just well organized.

Power kiting was great fun! Clear explanation and very friendly and helpful instructor. With 0 experience, everyone eventually managed to fly the kite. And even those who didn't dare do it eventually did it with extra help from the instructor. Definitely recommended for a fun weekend activity with friends. The fact that we had to hold each other so that you didn't fly into the air created hilarious moments and immediately created a good atmosphere for the rest of our weekend!

FAQ

  • What exactly is a chain reaction activity?
A chain reaction activity is a team building game where participants work together to build a large, continuous series of action-reaction elements. Think dominoes, marbles, pipes, ropes, drop arms, and gravity. Everything is designed to create one fluid movement – like a real Rube Goldberg machine.
  • What group size is the activity suitable for?
The activity is scalable and suitable for small teams of ±25 people to larger groups of 500+ participants. The program is tailor-made and adapted to the location and the number of participants.
  • Is it also suitable for people without technical knowledge?
Yes! It is precisely the mix of talents that makes this activity successful. You need thinkers and doers. Everyone gets a role that fits: from creative to builder, from communicator to coordinator.
  • Can we organize the chain reaction at our own location?
Yes, absolutely! Whether you are in the office, a gym or an event location: we bring everything. No worries about preparation - we take care of the set-up, materials and guidance.
  • How long does the activity take on average?
On average the program lasts 2 hours. The duration is flexible and can be extended with breaks, lunch or a connecting arrangement.
  • Is there a competitive element?
You can! Teams can create their own chain that will come together in one big finale, or compete to build the longest segment without interruption. Collaboration remains the most important goal in any case.
  • What if we want to organize indoors or outdoors?
Both options are possible. Indoors is often the most suitable for stability and overview, but a sheltered outdoor location is also possible - we are happy to discuss this with you.

What is a chain reaction? The principle of a chain reaction is simple but fascinating: one action sets in motion a series of actions, each of which influences the next. This process is not only spectacular to watch, but also educational and connecting to realize within a team.

Self create a chain reaction is a great way to be creative and solution-oriented. Using various materials, teams come up with their own constructions and test them multiple times until everything works flawlessly.

At Flitz-Events you will actively work on building a chain reaction. Together you will design a route in which each component must move at exactly the right moment. From falling dominoes to swinging tubes and rolling marbles – every element contributes to success.

What exactly does the chain reaction game entail?

In a room full of energy, teams build a large-scale chain reaction of reusable items
Participants are divided into subgroups, each responsible for their own part of the chain reaction. From dominoes and slopes to pulleys, balls and tubes – everything is built with recycled materials. The parts must ultimately form one large line, with the end seamlessly connecting to the beginning of the next group. Creative thinking, good communication and real cooperation are essential here.

What makes this activity so valuable is the variety of roles and challenges. Within each group, participants can choose roles such as:

  • Organizer: keeps an overview and plans the construction
  • Technician: ensures a working technical design
  • Creatives: comes up with creative solutions and decoration
  • Communicator: coordinates with other groups
  • reporter: takes pictures/videos or reports

Every group is therefore essential, because only together can a successful outcome be achieved chain reaction.
