Get to know your colleagues in a different way during this exciting company outing. At this event, everyone can lie and cheat without being punished. First, we gather at the beach tent. Then you will receive a short but concise explanation of the game 'who is the rat (mole)' and you will be given an iPad.

After the explanation of the game, the teams set off. There are several challenging assignments to be found, where points can be earned for the team. Each team will try to collect as many points as possible. Only “the rat” will try to sabotage things and try to keep the number of points as low as possible.

We did the Arctic Circle Expedition on November 12th...and we had beautiful weather. Nice sunshine, sat on the terrace. Communication beforehand went very smoothly, adjustments were processed quickly, were also flexible. The reception was very warm and cozy. The guidance was super enthusiastic. Then made winter cocktails, guidance a little less enthusiastic. Then ate and the food was very good. In short, it was a successful day with nice guidance and a good reception. Positive about Flitz-events is their thinking along and flexibility and furthermore just well organized.

This afternoon super fun afternoon on the beach by the employees of Flitz-event; first power kiting 🪁 with a steady wind in the sun and then curling 🥌 competition. And competitive it became. Thnx for the organization and explanation. An absolute must for family or team outing!

Had a very nice cocktail workshop today, nice recipes, can also be made virgin for alcohol-free people! The cocktail master Sandor was very enthusiastic and explained everything well and in a fun way! Definitely recommended for a fun outing with friends!

Power kiting was great fun! Clear explanation and very friendly and helpful instructor. With 0 experience, everyone eventually managed to fly the kite. And even those who didn't dare do it eventually did it with extra help from the instructor. Definitely recommended for a fun weekend activity with friends. The fact that we had to hold each other so that you didn't fly into the air created hilarious moments and immediately created a good atmosphere for the rest of our weekend!

Program who is the rat (mole):

After each part, everyone has to indicate who “the mole” could be. And here too, points can be earned. At the start, each team receives the coordinates. After this, the game can begin. Team building, communication and a bit of creativity are among the skills required to successfully complete this active company outing.

On the way, the instructors will pick you up for 2 to 3 team building assignments. As a final game, we will end with Farmers Beach Golf (farmers golf or clog golf). This game is very popular and consists of a large course of 5 holes on the beach or in a dune pan, where the farmer's golf course must be completed in as few strokes as possible. Of course, there is a reward for the winners (or rather the rat)!!
