Equipment needs to be arranged, but we'll take care of that: technology, furniture, routing, and suppliers are seamlessly integrated. We create a clear schedule including setup, sound check, game rounds, intermissions, and even an awards ceremony. Our crew arrives on time, sets up quickly, and leaves the venue spotless. We're here to help you every step of the way.

Tip: Allow at least three meters of free space per table, and consider power outlets for lighting and sound. Please let us know the expected number of players in advance, so we can coordinate the number of tables and rounds accordingly.

The most popular choice is two and a half to three hours of net playing time, excluding setup and breakdown. This allows time for reception, explanations, game rounds, and a short awards ceremony.
