I am Rogier Minderhoud, founder of Flitz-Events. My adventure began in 2008 on Scheveningen beach, where I turned my passion for sports, wind, and water into a kitesurfing school: Kite ExtremeWhat began as sharing my love for kitesurfing quickly grew into something bigger. More and more people were requesting complete day programs, and because I like to stay in control, I decided to take the step to organizing complete experiences. And so, Flitz-Events was born.

I believe a well-organized outing is more than just a fun day. It brings people together, creates connections, and creates lasting memories. That's what I've been doing for over fifteen years.

Together with my team, I dedicate myself every day to ensuring every event is perfectly organized. From small groups to large corporate events, I ensure everything is perfect, down to the last detail. My approach is personal, enthusiastic, and professional. If something doesn't go as planned, we'll devise a creative solution on the spot.
