My name is NJ Kouwen and i work as Concept Developer at Flitz eventsDriven by my passion for creativity and experience, I develop activities from concept to execution. I create concepts that connect people, inspire them, and leave a lasting impression.
What drives me? Transforming a good idea into an unforgettable experience. I design, plan, and oversee the entire process – from the initial brainstorming session to the final details on-site. I maintain an overview, assign tasks, and ensure smooth collaboration within the team.
In addition to concept development, I also play an important role in marketingI develop social media content that strengthens our brand identity and truly resonates with our target audience. From strategy to execution, I ensure our online visibility grows and that every marketing idea aligns with the experience we want to create. Together with the team, I work on creative campaigns, clear planning, and content that delivers results.
