Milan Laroes

“My name is Milan Laroes, one of the proud owners of Flitz-Events.

During my Sports and Exercise program in Delft, I had to do an internship at an after-school care center. I quickly realized it wasn't really my thing. Luckily, my student counselor introduced me to beach life, and it immediately felt like the place to be!

Interning on the beach, entertaining people, and organizing fun activities... what more could you ask for? After a fantastic internship, I literally stuck around.

Step by step, I became co-owner of Flitz-Events. Years of hard work, perseverance through challenging times, and never a moment of regret. This is where my heart lies: making people happy, entertaining them, and creating experiences.

My biggest motivation? My family. Together with my girlfriend and our three children (number four is on the way!), my home sometimes feels like a mini event planning agency.

We are always on the move – whether it's a day out, a spontaneous activity, or just having fun with the kids.

Besides my work, I really enjoy a summer holiday in Italy and winter sports. Just give me a snowboard and fresh powder and I'm in my element.

Looking back over the past few years, I am proud of what we have achieved with Flitz-Events: from small outings to large-scale events with more than 1000 participants.

The best thing about my job?
I never stop learning.
Every day brings new challenges, new opportunities, and new people to make happy. And that's exactly what makes my job fantastic!
