I'm Lindsey, Event & Sales Manager at Flitz-Events. For me, an event goes beyond planning and organization; it's an opportunity to bring stories to life and give people a break from their daily routines. With my background in event decoration, I can effortlessly translate creative ideas into tangible experiences, from impressive 3D installations to styling a space and leading a team.

What drives me is the combination of structure, creativity, and collaboration. I draw energy from collaborating with colleagues and clients, and I believe that team spirit, enthusiasm, and a good dose of humor are just as important as a solid plan. Ultimately, it's all about impact: creating that one moment that people remember.

My fascination with design began early. After studying Graphic Design at the Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam, I discovered that I have an eye not only for detail, but also for the bigger picture: how every element, from decor to communication, together creates an experience. This interest led me to International Media & Entertainment Management at Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where I graduated with a thesis on the subject of “Storytelling in Dutch music festivals”.

In my free time, I love seeking new inspiration, whether it's at festivals, in nature, or in the city. Everywhere I look, I see colors, shapes, and stories that challenge me to create something special. Everything I do, both professionally and personally, revolves around the same thing: transporting people into a world I've helped shape and giving them a moment they won't soon forget.
